At Candure, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. We offer free UK delivery and an easy returns process so you can shop with confidence.

1. Shipping Information

We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 working days
    after dispatch.
  •  Order Processing: Within 1
    working day.
  • Shipping Cost: FREE across the
    UK.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details,
where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

2. Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Returns Policy

Changed your mind? You have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Once you notify us, you have another 14 days to return the item.

  • Products may be carefully inspected but should not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check them.
  • Please return items with their original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
  • Certain sealed personal care products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons once unsealed, where the legal hygiene exception applies.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

How to Request a Return

Email info@candure.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

Our team will provide the return address and instructions. No reason is required when exercising your statutory cancellation right.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-Mind Returns:
    Customers pay return postage, provided this was communicated before purchase.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
    Candure covers reasonable return costs where required by law.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For statutory cancellations, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of postage, whichever comes first.

If no goods were supplied, we will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation.

As UK standard delivery is free, there are no standard delivery charges to refund.

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the payment.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@candure.com  with your order number and details of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy in line with your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers generally have 30 days to reject faulty goods for a refund, with additional protections available afterwards.
